Price Beater
Our price beater guarantee is based on www.soccerdirectfc.co.uk matching or beating any nationally advertised and published price for an identical product that we also have instock and available for sale.
The product must be in stock at the retailer concerned and be available to be purchased by any person or club with immediate delivery and not subject to any special promotional offer.
We will ask for a copy of your quotation and we will then visit the web site and confirm that these goods are clearly advertised and available at the quoted prices on their web site and adhere strictly to our Price Beater guarantee. This offer excludes any form of personalization or delivery charges.
The full retail trading address must be shown on the web site concerned and they must be authorised sellers of the brands concerned. This offer is made by soccerdirectfc.co.uk in all good faith and we will always try and ensure that we offer the best deal possible.
The Price Beater offer is subject to the prevailing trading conditions and at times may be withdrawn due to stock availability and/or other conditions beyond our control.
Deliveries
Soccerdirect fc ltd are committed to despatching your order as quickly as possible, ordinarily no order should take more than two weeks to be delivered. In cases where the lead-time overruns two weeks it will be because of stock shortages at our suppliers. If we have the goods in our possession at the time of order we can usually despatch same day if the order is placed A.M.
NO ORDERS WILL LEAVE US UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL.
Orders can be paid by cheque, postal order or by Telephone using your Debit or Credit card (Please do not send cash). All cheques must be cleared prior to despatch. Cheques should be made payable to – ‘Soccerdirect fc ltd’.
After Care
Once a garment has been printed it must be washed according to manufacturers instructions.
(Never: tumble dry, iron, or dry clean).
Look after your kit
Please be aware that the garments we sell may be used in muddy and or dirty conditions, a good tip is to rinse soiled garments in cold water prior to washing. We cannot guarantee that stains such as mud and grass will completely disappear but rinsing will help.
Avoid using cleaners that contain chlorine bleach or similar chemicals.
We do not advise the use of fabric conditioners as these breakdown any transfers etc that have been applied, however socks will benefit from the use of fabric conditioners.
Do not leave the garments folded and damp.
Do not overfill the washing machine.
Neither the manufacturer nor ourselves will accept liability for staining or discolouring caused by elements foreign to the materials used by the manufacturer.
Damages sizing & shortages
All orders need to be confirmed by e-mail or fax. Verbal orders will be accepted at the customers own risk. When ordering by any method please make sure the sales team at soccerdirect fc ltd are aware of the age group of your team.
We will endeavour to complete the order to the customers satisfaction, but will not be held responsible for any mistakes that occur from a verbal order, we will fax or e-mail the order to the customer, prior to processing to enable the customer to verify that all the order details are correct, any mistakes on the paper work should be notified to soccerdirect fc ltd as soon as possible by e-mail or fax. Soccerdirect fc ltd will advise the customer on sizes. But the final sizes ordered will be solely at the customers own risk.
Any shortages must be notified to soccerdirect fc ltd within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be made for all items returned (at customers expense) which are unused, not damaged, still in the original packaging, still have any labels or tickets on them within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). No product that has been printed and therefore personalised will be accepted for return under any circumstances.
There is a strict no returns policy on all clearance items.
Any damaged goods must be notified to soccerdirect fc ltd within 48 hours of delivery.
All goods that are returned are the customer’s responsibility.
Any losses in transit will be at the risk of the customer.
A fee of £10.00 will be applied to all returned orders in respect of administration.
A restocking charge of 15% of the original cost of the goods will be applied to all returned goods.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from soccerdirect fc ltd.
Any goods that are returned will need to be supported by paperwork containing customer’s details, including phone number and written explanation for return of said goods.
Badges transfers etc
We will to the best of our ability, endeavour to replicate the closest possible match to all artwork files supplied to soccerdirect fc ltd, by the customer. However we will not accept any responsibility for colour variations on the final print, please be aware due to transfers etc being heat applied to different colour garments colour variations may occur.
Soccerdirect fc ltd will match to pantone colours supplied wherever possible, but on occasion we may have to print as near as the procedure will allow to an exact pantone match. Any digital proofs will be readily made available free of charge at the customers request prior to printing.
Transfers, badges, etc. Will be positioned on the garment to the customer’s instruction.
Where no particular position has been requested by the customer. We at soccerdirect fc ltd will use our own discretion as to positions of transfers on to garments.
Samples policy
Samples provided must be returned within 14 days.
Samples must be returned in original condition and packaging, all swing tags must still be present and attached
Conditions of sale
Soccerdirect fc ltd will make every effort to process the customers order as quickly as possible.
If any orders are delayed, soccerdirect fc ltd will attend to them as soon as the situation, is brought to our attention. But please be aware that in scenarios where the order is held up due to stock issues at our suppliers these issues are out of our control.
All goods offered for sale by soccerdirect fc ltd are of excellent manufacturing quality, however any quality issues the customer may have will be brought to our supplier’s attention as soon as possible, the goods will be returned to our suppliers for inspection and their decision will be final.
We will reserve the right not to process any order until payment has been received in full. Once payment has been received the order will be deemed to be in contract status and every possible endeavour will be made to make sure all delivery times are adhered to.
Prices
Unfortunately, all prices are liable to increases which are out of our control. Should the cost of your order differ from that quoted, we will contact you either by telephone, letter or e-mail to request further instructions from yourself.
VAT
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15% unless otherwise stated. Certain items may be exempt from VAT. Exempt or non VAT items are not necessarily identified separately. If you are VAT registered and intend to reclaim the VAT you will require a comprehensive VAT receipt which will, of course, categorise all items. Please contact us if a VAT receipt is required.

The office and customer support lines are closed on all Bank Holiday Monday's, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
Please be aware that when orders placed using the online shop will be processed for despatch during the next working day. Customers should make allowances for this when calculating delivery dates.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
Limitation Of Liability
The Web site is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty being given in relation to the Web site including (but not limited to) implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.
We make no warranty that the Web site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of material uploaded or transmitted through the Web site
We will not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, for pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent representations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions of Use for: · any economic loss (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or · any special or indirect losses whatsoever.
Indemnity
By use of this Website you agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms & Conditions of Use by you or other liabilities arising out of your use of the Web site
Severance
Each provision of these Terms & Conditions of Use shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
Law
These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
All errors and omissions are excepted.
A contract between Soccer Direct Fc Ltd and the Customer begins when the Goods have been despatched - obvious computer errors in pricing will not be Honoured.

ALL ITEMS ARE OFFERED FOR SALE ON A GOOD FAITH BASIS. NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN THAT GOODS ARE IN STOCK OR AVAILABLE AND THIS MUST BE CHECKED BY SUBMITTING THE ORDER.
ANY CONTRACT BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER DOES NOT COMMENCE UNTIL THE GOODS HAVE BEEN ORDERED AND PAID FOR.
